What and Where is Carlyles Watch?
Carlyles Watch is Columbus' newest residential "new loft" style development in the heart of downtown, at the northeast corner of East Gay Street and North Third Street. Do the Residents qualify for a Real Estate Tax abatement?
Absolutely! A 10 year tax abatement. As buyers, this is a great attraction that saves hundreds of dollars each month and allows greater affordability for our Residents.

What Downtown "hot spots" can I walk to?
Carlyles Watch is located in a true urban setting, in the heart of downtown Columbus. It is within a few blocks of Ohio's Statehouse, Ohio Theatre, RKO Palace Theatre, City Center Mall, The Main Library, many Cathedrals, three Gyms, two parks, Columbus Art Museum, many fine restaurants and cafes, many of our largest office buildings and colleges. The grocery, the Arena District, German Village and the Short North are within 10 blocks. Residents are literally steps away from major attractions!

What can I do if I have more than one car?
Each loft will have at least one parking space. Additional parking is available for rent within footsteps from Carlyles Watch.

Am I allowed to have pets?
Yes, pets are allowed, provided they are not vicious breeds as insurance laws prohibit such animals. Each unit is allowed one pet that weighs 25 pounds or less. We ask that residents take care and clean up after pets. The condominium association will assure residents respect this ruling. The concrete floors eliminate odors, noise and sounds.

What are the advantages of a new building versus an old building conversion?
At Carlyles Watch, our residents love the high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and cement floor systems.
